MM Tax Services is a South African tax practice operated by Dr Maarten Mittner, a registered tax practitioner. For the purposes of POPIA we are the responsible party in respect of the personal information described in this policy.

How Long We Keep It

We retain records for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet the retention periods imposed by tax legislation, which in most cases require records to be kept for at least five years. Where information is no longer required for any lawful purpose, it is deleted or destroyed securely.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to safeguard personal information against loss, unauthorised access and misuse. This website uses an SSL certificate, so information submitted through it is encrypted in transit.
